Perched at 1,500 meters on Santa Barbara Mountain near Lake Yojoa, Miraflores farm is a showcase of Honduran terroir and generational craft. Managed by Cup of Excellence–awarded producer Juan Contreras, this farm benefits from rich volcanic soil and pristine cloud forest air.

Juan combines traditional wisdom with meticulous processing—sun-drying these beans for 16 days across a unique three-variety blend. The result is a vibrant, natural-process coffee bursting with tropical fruit, deep chocolate undertones, and a syrupy sweetness.
