Overcoming harsh weather, pests, and unfair local markets, Zoila partnered with ACODIHUE—a local co-op providing small farmers with fair prices, transport infrastructure, and organic farming training. Today, she manages her family’s plots, serves as a community leader, and grows world-class coffee with complete financial autonomy.
