Who we are

After working at a coffee roaster in El Salvador for a year in 2016, Asher returned home with a dream of making great coffee accessible to everyone. That led him to design a roaster to be built from scratch. Today he roasts on a 5kg Ambex roaster that he calls Stella. Asher is always refining his craft, striving to give everyone access to a better morning cup.

Currently, his daily grind is teaching Foresnic and Environmental science to High School school students in Dalton, GA.

Win has a passion for people and the power of ideas. From ministry to sales and everything in between, he has a diverse perspective to relate to many backgrounds. He hopes to build a community of people striving to find their purpose in the everyday.

As local teachers, we see the importance of creating good content, meeting our students where they are with compassion, and making lifelong connections with our community.

We take that same approach to running a coffee business.

We want you to be able to create delicious coffee at your home, all made possible because farmers across the world created a wonderful crop.

We operate with compassion, aiming to put ourselves in your shoes and to treat you better than we would want to be treated.

And we thrive on connection with our customers, whether at a local coffee shop or through notes we write with each bag.
